Ingredients: White Vinegar, Strawberries, Thyme & Oregano
This vinegar is summer in a bottle. The beautiful red color and the sweet strawberry bring a bang to salad dressings, drizzling on bbq and roasted veggies. And I love it in a shrub - my non alcoholic go to drink. Just mix a tablespoon to start (adjust to your liking) into soda water and garnish with a spring a basil.
