Bright colors of ruby, orange mixed with white vinegar and fresh organic dill florets, pickling spices & peppercorns
Nasturtiums grow plenty in my garden - mostly as an edible flower and a sacrificial crop that attracts unwanted insects away from my tomatoes and roses.
This vinegar adds vibrant color to my cooking. It is great to mix into salad dressings and as a finishing vinegar on all time favorites like avocado toast.Nasturtiums are high in Vitamin C and antioxidants.They are also one of the only herbs where all parts are used - for culinary purposes; seeds (pickle them like capers), leaves (makes delicious pesto and peppery salad greens) and flowers (add to salads for color or stuff them).
Best kept in a dark cabinet.
